Kim Kardashian put a fun street-style spin on her signature bombshell uniform for a busy day of meetings this Thursday.
The reality star stepped out of her hotel in New York City en route to Washington, D.C., in a stretchy beige bodycon dress with a mock neck and long sleeves. She wore the piece over a matching slip in a lighter shade, and beige Balenciaga pantaleggings with pointed-toe pumps. (The leggings in that shade are seemingly not for sale on the brand’s site—but we all know Kardashian has an in.)

The skintight look is exactly what we’ve come to expect from Kardashian in terms of style, but the most exciting and unexpected part of her latest fit was her accessory: a furry butter-yellow shoulder bag by Venice Beach-based It label ERL. The boutique brand is led by creative director Eli Russell Linnetz, who has previously collaborated with Lady Gaga and Kardashian’s ex Ye, and has shot campaigns for the rapper’s Yeezy brand and Kardashian’s Skims.

The shearling mini bag Kardashian carried this week retails for $1,290 and looks like something she could have borrowed from her street-style guru daughter, North West, or from another Gen Z cool girl. And the brand itself is much more niche than those Kardashian usually cares to champion—think Balenciaga, Miu Miu, Mugler, Versace, Balmain.
All this to say, we’re liking this element of exploration in Kardashian’s wardrobe, and we hope she keeps it up.
